Koozee Kingdom offers the following Returns Policy:

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item for a refund.  Items being returned due to a material defect or an error on our part will be fully refunded, including the original shipping and handling charges, if there were any.  For returns of defective merchandise, we will need the customer to either email an image of the product defect or return the defective item.  Contact support at stksales@woh.rr.com to let us know about the issue.  Items being returned for any other reason will be fully refunded less the original shipping and handling charges, if there were any.  The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.  We must be contacted within 30 days from the date of delivery with the exception of our Coloud headphones, which have a separate 1-year limited warranty.
