Koozee Kingdom offers the following Returns Policy:

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the unused item for a refund.  You must first contact us at STKsales@woh.rr.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number.  Then, simply postmark the item that you are returning no more than 7 days from the date that the item was delivered to you.  You must include the Return Authorization Number in your return envelope and mail the item back to us with USPS Delivery Confirmation to ensure it's arrival back to us.  Once we receive the unused item back, we will issue your refund back to your original form of payment.

Items being returned due to a defect or an error on our part will be fully refunded, including the original shipping and handling charges.  Items being returned for any other reason will be fully refunded less the original shipping and handling charges.  The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
