Q: Can I pay with a credit card?
A: Yes.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards in our secure checkout.

Q: Do you accept PayPal?
A: Yes we do.  It is one of our many forms of payment that we accept for your convenience.

Q: Do I need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card?
A: No.  You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay with your credit card and you do not need to sign up for a PayPal account.  If paying by credit or debit card, you will remain on the Koozee Kingdom website to do so; in our fast, easy and secure checkout.

Q: How long does it take to process my payment?
A: Credit and debit card payments are processed on the spot, taking just a moment to process. PayPal balance payments also are processed instantly.  If you pay from your bank account through PayPal, otherwise known as an "eCheck", processing takes approximately four business days.

Q: How soon after you receive payment do you ship orders?
A: Most orders are shipped on the same day or the postal day following receipt of your payment.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.  However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Your item description says that if I order 9 or more koozies I will get upgraded shipping for less than the First Class Mail shipping prices.  How do I get that deal at checkout?
A: If you have nine or more items in your shopping cart, click the "Promotional Shipping Service: $10.00" option in the Shipping drop down box and we will automatically ship your order using USPS Priority Mail.  Please note that this discount only applies to orders being shipped within the United States.

Q: I registerd for a Koozee Kingdom account and I am getting an error about my address when trying to check out but it is correct.  What's wrong?
A: If you registered for a Koozee Kingdom account, make sure that the "state" field in your address is filled in using the state's two letter abbreviation (Example: OH for Ohio).
