Then, simply postmark the item that you are returning no more than 30 days from the date that the item was delivered to you. You must include the date of your purchase and your ebay name in your return envelope. If the item is defective, you have the option of emailing us a photo which shows the defect instead of mailing the item back. Once we receive the unused item back (or photo), we will issue your refund back to your original form of payment.
Items being returned due to a defect or an error on our part will be fully refunded, including the original shipping and handling charges. Items being returned for any other reason will be fully refunded less the original shipping and handling charges. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
